New Yorks Nightlife United Culture Awards
The Nightlife United Culture Awards take place on June 7th, 2022 at Friends and Lovers in Brooklyn.
In New York, for the last 2 years, Varghese Chacko has helped lead Nightlife United in supporting the industry in the pandemic. Our volunteer-run non-profit has provided over $145K in financial grants to over 60 cultural workers and local businesses through their Culture Fund.
Honouring the hardest workers, most astute visionaries, and core movers + shakers in NYC Nightlife. Each winner across 4 categories will receive a $5000 grant.
Hosted by Junior Mintt, with performances by: Melanie Charles, The Whooligan, Synead, Super Yamba, Advocate of Wordz (Nuyorican Poets Cafe) and The Fried Dynamite DJs.
Proceeds from ticket sales go toward the Culture Fund, to further support communities in need.
