The Nighttime Research Grants initiative supports early-career and independent researchers exploring the cultural, economic, and social dimensions of nightlife. The program is open to Master’s, PhD, postdoctoral, and independent researchers with impact-oriented work related to nighttime, including topics such as cultural and economic impact, safety and harm reduction, governance, urban development, sustainability, and innovation. Selected grantees receive mentorship, networking opportunities, and visibility through publication, conference invitations, and speaking opportunities. Financial support up to €2000 covers conference fees, editorial fees for publishing research, video content production, and travel and accommodation expenses.
